General Gym and Gymstar Online Training

Children in our General Gym and Gymstar classes have the opportunity to participate in live classes via zoom:

Each level will have scheduled training sessions through the week. There will be at least 2 staff
present in each session and it will be planned in line with the program we would usually run in the
gym. Our live sessions focus on injury prevention, strength, presentation, and conditioning. We
recommend the live sessions for all gymnasts to reduce the chance of injury once we are able to
return. The cost of the live sessions are $5 per session charged for a 5 week program.
